  • Children 5 & under are free (must be accompanied by a ticketed adult).
• Lineup and set times are subject to change without notice.
• All sales are final. No refunds.
• Our ticketing platform is powered by AXS. Create a custom NO VALUES account or update your current AXS information here.
• There is an 8 ticket limit.
• AXS Mobile ID digital tickets will be sent after you complete your purchase, closer to the show.
• Tickets will be scanned from your phone on the mobile app at the entrance gate.
• GA Some Values, GA More Values and VIP purchases are sent AXS Mobile ID passes separately for Merch (Pin/T-shirt) and Preferred Parking redemption. AXS will begin sending those individual passes 72 hours or more from the festival.
  • Preferred Parking is being sent 1 per order, if you require more please reach out here to AXS support and include your order number.
• Tickets are valid for the single day you purchased.
• Minimum browser requirements are required to place an order online. Make sure you have the most updated browser version.
• Please visit our accessibility / ADA page if you need that.
• Pins & Tee that come with any ticket packages must be picked up at the show, no post show shipping.
  • Visit the Merchandise Redemption booth outside the main entrance before you head in.

GA SOME VALUES, GA MORE VALUES and VIP ticket holders:

• Your mobile digital ticket is also your merch redemption ticket.
• The barcode will scan once to redeem your merch, then once when you enter the show.
• Visit the merch redemption booth in the parking lot BEFORE entering the show.
• View Orange redemption location on the getting here/parking map
• Arrive early, pick up your merch, then shop at the Festival Pre-Show Merch tent while waiting for venue doors to open.
• Beat the crowds, Parking opens at 8:30am.
• Pick it up! No post-show shipping.
